In the event that you need Pine Tree Lock & Key to open your residence, you must provide photo identification and a utility bill or rental agreement (once we gain access to the home) to confirm that it is , indeed, your residence. If you happen to be house sitting for someone, you must provide the homeowner's picture ID and we would require verbal confirmation from the homeowner, before gaining access.
